A very stable implementation of Debian Buster, MX KDE is a relatively low resource OS, that works well on new and older hardware. Running "free -m" from the terminal or HTOP shows approx 600MB on start up. That's a lot less than Manjaro KDE at close to 1GB. What I really like about MX is it automates a lot of processes through its GUI. Things like making a USB with the OS on it, backing up the OS, throwing in some eye candy with a Conky and installing popular software are handled with ease. This is a low fuss OS, that's a solid choice for a beginner, removing the need for technical know how. Only downside for me is I would like to see a core edition minus a lot of the default software which I simply don't use. Its worth mentioning too that this is not a bleeding edge like Manjaro but uses mostly more stable, established packages. Not strictly a downside but for those who want to be on the cutting edge this is worth keeping in mind.
